The low-pressure area is moving slowly to the west-northwest. "Over the course of the weekend, it's possible this could be the next tropical development," Nunn said on the local station at noon. An Air Force hurricane hunter aircraft may investigate the system on Saturday. Nunn said weather conditions are favorable for at least a 50 percent chance of rain in the greater Jacksonville area on Sunday, but that is not related the low pressure in the Bahamas. |
